Huygens Professional
Huygens Professional contains a growing number of tools to segment, label and analyze objects in an image or compute ratio images taking the noise properties of the input images into account. Image types range from 2D images of integers to 3D time series of complex numbers and multiple channels. The system is capable of handling a large number of images simultaneously, enabling you to effectively preprocess images prior to visualization.
Huygens Core The main application of Huygens Core is as a computational engine in large servers where it is controlled by a custom front end. Huygens Core is intended to run image processing and deconvolution jobs on large multiprocessor servers. It has no specific graphical interface but allows easy interaction with other programs. Customizable interfaces like web-driven managers can be used to control the image processing algorithms.
Huygens Scripting
A reduced version of Huygens Core. Writing scripts for Huygens Scripting is very easy since it uses the popular Tcl scripting language.
