arrow CRI NuanceFX™ - Flexible bandwidth multispectral microscopy

The Nuance FX multispectral imaging system is tailored to the needs of the majority of fluorescent and brightfield microscopic imaging applications. It utilizes an optimized high-throughput tunable filter which has been matched to the bandwidths of common chromogens and fluorophores. The solid-state tunable filter is electronically switchable for sensitivity or throughput, enabling this Nuance system to be used for either chromogenic or fluorescence-based imaging. The Nuance FX spectral range is 420 to 720nm.

Nuance software incorporates powerful unmixing and analysis algorithms, as well as easy-to-use tools for building your own spectral libraries. View software clips to learn more about how Nuance captures, unmixes and quantitates. The Nuance system is compatible with Molecular Devices’ MetaMorph™.

arrow CRI Nuance TRIO

Nuance™ TRIO is the newest addition to the Nuance product family. TRIO enables simple image capture of any three chromogens or any three fluorophores in its spectral range. Additionally, autofluorescence is removed, increasing signal-to-noise by up to 100x and improving quantitation.

The system is compatible with any microscope with a camera mount. It can take both high-resolution color as well as multispectral images. TRIO has a simple, easy-to-use user interface. No advanced knowledge of multispectral imaging is required. Setup and operation can be accomplished in a matter of minutes.

For unmixing more than three chromogens or fluorophores in a single tissue section, you should use our Nuance FX. The Nuance FX features a wider spectral range, ROI and colocalization tools, batch processing, as well as a cooled CCD.

inForm, our advanced image analysis software program is available as an option. Train the inForm program to create an effective solution by simply drawing around examples of what you want segmented in your images. It then creates a solution that you can subsequently apply across the entire image or across as many images as you want. Perform nuclear, cytomplasmic, and membrane measurements on individual cells within selected regions.

arrow Maestro - The standard for all-optical in vivo imaging

Award-winning CRi Maestro systems enable in vivo fluorescence imaging of small animals with unprecedented sensitivity. Maestro provides users with a patented method of removing autofluorescence emitted from images of skin and other tissues to reveal otherwise hard-to-detect labeled targets of interest. The dramatic improvement in signal-to-noise can increase sensitivity up to several hundred-fold, enabling much smaller or fainter signals from biological targets to be detected earlier and accurately measured. The increased sensitivity over standard imaging techniques provided by Maestro’s high-quality spectral imaging technology enable experiments and models which simply cannot be performed on any other system.

arrow inForm

CRi's inForm™ has been developed to address the biggest challenge facing microscopists once quantitative imagery has been acquired: extracting data. The challenge grows when dealing with multiplexed assays, since signals can be weak and highly mixed. inForm provides a powerful and fast solution with an intuitive, easy-to-use software interface. What might have been impossible or have taken days can now be done in minutes. CRi multispectral images and industry-standard TIFFs, including TIFFs generated by CRi's new Whole Slide Imaging systems, can be read and analyzed by inForm.

The software is based on machine-learning, which means that you can train the program to create an effective solution by simply drawing around examples of what you want segmented in your images. inForm then creates a solution that you can subsequently apply across the entire image or across as many images as you want.
